We work as a drop off service. You will receive a drop off appointment time when booking your appointment. Expect your pet to be with our staff for most of the day while they enjoy the full spa experience. You will receive an automated call and text when your pet is ready for pickup. 

You will receive an automated call and text message as soon as your pet is ready to go home. A link to pay will be included in the message. In store payments are also accepted. 

During regular business hours our attention is focused on providing a wonderful and safe spa day for the pets in our care.

If you have an urgent issue please send us a text message or leave a voice mail and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Each pet is priced individually depending on size, temperament, coat type and coat condition.  Our base price for small dogs starts at $60

Yes, our late and missed appointment fees are $25.00 per pet.

Missed appointment fees are $25 per pet and must be paid before scheduling your next appointment.
